PROCESS QUALITY
COND strictly follows the quality standards to ensure product conformity and reproducibility. Stringent control in the selection and treatment of all raw materials, (peptones, carbohydrates, minerals, chemicals, additives and other agars), you can choose only those most appropriate for each application and analyzed in a comprehensive way before starting the process production land. During this
process examines the physical characteristics: appearance, color, odor, moisture, solubility, clarity, gelation temperature, pH and so on. Land is ready for use, are subject to controls that ensure the microbial growth, differentiation, the biochemical behavior, poor sample recovery and selectivity.
Only at the end of this process is issued a Certificate of Quality for each product.
